As head of the new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), Musk aims to slash wasteful government spending under President Trump’s directive.
Clinton accused Musk of “reckless” cuts, warning that defunding international aid risks global instability and undermines U.S. diplomacy. Musk fired back, calling USAID a “slush fund” and accusing it of funneling billions into corrupt hands.
