Controversial Coverage
\nWhile covering the breaking news of Wednesday\u2019s sh**ting at Utah Valley University, host Katy Tur called Kirk \u201cdivisive\u201d and \u201cpolarizing,\u201d while political analyst Matthew Dowd speculated that the gunshot could have come from one of Kirk\u2019s own supporters.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe don\u2019t know if this is a supporter sh**ting their gun off in celebration or\u2026 So we have no idea about this,\u201d Dowd said, before going on to describe Kirk as \u201cconstantly sort of pushing this sort of h*te speech.\u201d<\/p>\n
