But if he lies under oath \u2014 even once \u2014 that immunity\u00a0<strong>vanishes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf he lies as a private citizen about what he did as President, he\u2019ll no longer have that immunity,\u201d Solomon explained in a live interview. \u201cThat\u2019s the trap.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>January 5, 2017: The Setup<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Solomon reports that Obama presided over a White House meeting where top officials plotted to trap incoming NSA Michael Flynn.
