along the intersection of Keng Road and Win Win Boulevard, at a plot of land in Sangkat Bak Kheng, Khan Chroy Changvar, Phnom Penh.<\/p>\n

According to information at the scene, at approximately 5:30 a.m., a citizen rode a motorbike past the scene and saw the woman lying on the side of the road in the plot without paying attention.<\/p>\n
