In the hours of footage, Dugan, dressed in her black robe, confronted federal agents that were sitting in the hallway outside her courtroom.<\/p>\n
According to the criminal complaint, she directed the agents to go speak to the chief judge.<\/p>\n
The agents then got up and walked away.<\/p>\n
Prosecutors said at that time, Dugan directed Florez-Ruiz and his attorney to leave her courtroom through a jury door that\u2019s not open to the public.<\/p>\n
Footage then shows Flores-Ruiz, dressed in black, and his attorney leave through that door and make their way to the elevators.<\/p>\n
That\u2019s when footage shows one federal agent, who stayed back, follow them to the elevator.<\/p>\n
Another security camera shows Flores-Ruiz and his attorney leave the courthouse with that agent still following.<\/p>\n
Once they got outside, Flores-Ruiz took off running, but agents caught up to him and arrested him.<\/p>\n
