That day, she and her mother, Passha Davis, were last seen exiting a Greyhound bus at a Florida Mall in Orlando.

Authorities describe Gabrielle as having black hair, brown eyes, standing 4 feet 8 inches tall, and weighing about 100 pounds. Investigators say the family has ties across South and Central Florida and may have experienced periods of homelessness.

“My life has been [expletive]. This is the longest I’ve gone without seeing her,” her father, Gordon Terrelonge, said in November 2025.

The Shocking Discovery
Gabrielle’s disappearance drew national attention in late October 2025. Her father found online records showing Passha had been arrested in Margate, Florida. Gabrielle wasn’t with her. That discovery triggered an immediate police investigation and revealed, all at once, that the child was missing.

Mother Arrested, Child Still Missing
Passha Davis was first arrested on October 17, 2025, for an alleged shoplifting attempt. Gabrielle wasn’t present. Passha later posted bail on October 31, after the store declined prosecution, but Margate police charged her with resisting an officer and providing false identification.

On November 4, she was re-arrested on child neglect charges linked to Gabrielle’s disappearance. Passha told police she didn’t know her daughter’s whereabouts and claimed Gabrielle “should be with her father.”

Court filings reveal Passha faced homelessness, mental health struggles, and ongoing substance use. Her attorneys told a bond hearing on November 5 that she intends to fight the charges. She remains in Broward County custody on a $100,000 bond.

A Life on the Move
Passha and Gabrielle reportedly moved through multiple Florida cities in 2024 and early 2025. They stayed in hotels, with relatives, and sometimes lived in their car.

In March 2025, the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) intervened after finding them sleeping in a vehicle. The agency relocated them to Orlando, though details remain unclear. Gabrielle last attended school in Port St. Lucie from April to November 2024. After Thanksgiving, mother and daughter checked into a Motel 6.

A Family Desperate for Answers
Gabrielle’s grandmother, Jonett Vassel, is beside herself with worry. While hanging missing posters, she said, “This is very devastating for me. I cannot sleep, I cannot eat. I’m fasting, I’m praying. I trust God will bring her home.”

Gordon described Gabrielle as vibrant and full of life—a little girl who loved nature, coloring, princess costumes, and tea parties. Despite past chaos, he said Gabrielle and Passha were very close.

He last saw Gabrielle in May, after a police-involved dispute with Passha in Celebration. Since then, he has cooperated fully with authorities, including passing a polygraph test.

The Search Intensifies
Detectives from Osceola County and Margate Police have canvassed abandoned hotels, shelters, and transient housing along West U.S. 192, including locations the pair frequented.

Gordon has accompanied investigators, chasing every lead. “I have hope today,” he told NBC6. “Some of the information we got should lead us to clues about where she is.”

A Father’s Plea
At a November press conference, Gordon issued a heart-wrenching appeal: “If she’s out there and can hear me, we’re going to find you. Just hold on.” He also urged the public to come forward: “If anyone knows anything, please contact authorities. You may save my child’s life.”

Authorities ask anyone with information to contact the FBI’s Miami Field Office, Margate Police, or Crime Stoppers.

Waiting, Hoping, Praying
As the search widens across Central and South Florida, Gabrielle’s family continues to wait, pray, and hope for answers. Every lead counts. Every call could be the one that brings her home.

Months of Silence For months, no one realized 10-year-old Gabrielle Terrelonge had gone missing.
